As I sense a new season embracing us—I am reminded of the concept of renewal. Spring symbolizes a newer time of growth, experience, and, especially, forgiveness. This Easter season can also be a wonderful time to reflect not only on our accomplishments but also on our flaws so we can improve if needed. It is also a good season to learn a bit more about how to forgive and forget, especially ourselves. In other words—there really is such a thing as a “re-do,” and this is, in reality—where new growth starts. I desire we can all discover some new paths and friendships and recognize that through all of life’s challenges and trials, we can still find help, love, and hope. As I begin this newsletter, I reflect with a special poem as I find myself encircled by countless angels who, while often quiet, stand ready to help and find good in all people. These angels may not make the news or social media, but their lights and hands are everywhere. Thank you, and God bless you all in this new season of emerging green. Your friend—Doug
