First of all, I want to thank you for putting up with my poetry and prose for the past 3 years. You are a very patient group of friends! I hope it brings you some peace. And as these days begin to warm, my spirit is drawn to another approaching spring with its hope of green light and warmth that gently distills upon us. I find much joy in writing and walking (or hiking) when times get hard—even writing while I walk! Never underestimate the power that nature can have as a needed therapist. She is always open, has limitless appointments, and is never booked! So plan a long walk on a local trail or path. It is cheap and effective, especially when you escape to your secret or sacred place and absorb its healing rays of enlightenment. What simple and inexpensive things bring you peace and happiness? As you find your place and purpose in nature, I promise that the grace of God and His creation will protect and calm you. Peace be with you all, my dear friends! Doug
