As part of my work at Mountain Regional Water District of Summit County, Utah, I managed water resource production and development, water rights, and sustainability programs, particularly related to the energy and power efficiency of water pumping plants. I am also a proficient GIS mapping professional and writer. I have 42 years of experience in municipal water and wastewater management and have served as a past president and board member of the Rural Water Association of Utah.
