Interned to howl at hollow moons
Emptied of words that repair stuff
Never winning the argument
Chasing your introvert’s refuge
Earth probably hides out this way

Godly Patience

Patience is embracing—that there
Are dimensions beyond our time
That encompasses existence
Increasing a sense of all things
Expanding our needful smallness
Never neglecting any soft pleas
Creating endless secure homes
Even as God comforts our one
