My Poetry and Prose Blogology
Children of Peace
“sculpting peace requires only a few small words
words mirrored in the divine gifts of happiness
but unleashed—fierce tongues spew evil spells…”
I’m a Stranger in a Strange Land
“the days are getting shorter now
as dark storms spin a cunning entrance
gathering fears below my autumn realm…”
Evanescence
"you linger in dreams
immersed in a placid teal sea
protected in the chest of my heart..."
Angels in Her Garden
“beneath leaves of shade
countless ancestors water
a blooming garden…”
Every Creature
“God carved alabaster art out of dark space
a magnificent—reflective moon
to shine a standard of beauty and peace…”
Three Superpowers
“this divine therapy shaped me well—
three indomitable powers of time
molded into water, ice, and wind…”

My Refuge of Green
“evergreens huddle around my dark sorrows
quieting anxious tines of ravaging nerves
whispering their draught of greener spice
I breathe spellbound in a wilderness temple”
Spellbound
We could save so many lives, not to mention significant money, if we learned how to turn our deep-seated political anger and division into something peaceful. With some effort—such massive energy could become beautiful!
